Excellent customer service! We bought a birdhouse from PPF and have really enjoyed seeing it in our garden. Unfortunately, our sprinklers warped the roof over a period of time. I spoke with Andy about replacing the roof pieces and he and Helen were kind enough to send me new parts without charge, even though I offered to pay. Highly recommend them for any other products.
